5) Carry out regular exercise. Exercise is a powerful tool in beating depression. I can improve health and mood of sufferer by just doing simple routine exercises. People, who are not used to doing exercise, need to encourage themselves. To get benefits of exercise, they need to make themselves strong willed.

Whenever senior citizen fall they are made fun of and older people get very embarrassed in such situation.
