Every day, thousands of people suffer from anxiety and panic and attacks across the country. Often times leading to depression. For those lucky enough to never have had to deal with one is easy to dismiss it as people who can not deal with stress. But for those of us who have actually had the misfortune to suffer at least one the reality is much different and we are desperate to learn a way to stop panic attacks now.
With the incredible amount of pressure people are facing on a daily basis in today’s environment with loss of their jobs and homes (myself included) I felt it would be a great service to others to provide a source of information and remedies for panic and anxiety attacks.
Most people believe that the only way out of this disease is to go to see a therapist and to take expensive drugs with harsh side effects. The reality is different though. There are scientifically proven and effective natural remedies for panic attacks.
The following can help greatly:
1. Getting enough exercise. A 30 minute walk around your neighborhood will provide the physical activity to help the body use it’s natural way to burn off excess stress and regulate the hormones that produce it.
2. Vitamin C, vitamin B, magnesium and other supplements that are natural serotonin boosters in your own body will improve your overall mood and also save you hundreds of dollars on costly therapy or medications.
3. Do not take caffeine, sugary drinks and foods and alcohol. These types of foods and drinks make you jittery which has an adverse effect on your overall relaxation and capacity to deal with anxiety.
Following these simple tips and the use of the resources in this blog you can stop panic attacks now and forever.
I will also post articles for people suffering from depression as anxiety and panic attacks sometimes lead to this more difficult illness.
The information is here for you, what you do with it is up to you. I can only provide the resources not make you use it.
I wish the best for you, your family and friends.
Share this site with anyone you know that is struggling.
